We are looking for someone who is:
- Reliable and detail-oriented with a proven track record of exceptional customer service and results-oriented methods
- Enthusiastic and positive with excellent multitasking skills
- Experience with multiple industry tools and programs such as Google Sheets/Docs/Chrome,Excell
- Highly proficient with computer skills
- flexible and adaptable with learning new technologies
As you grow with us, we'll pass along a variety of responsibilities over time and guide you to own the following:
Scheduling
- Finding / making spots for new bookings
- Strategic technician routing - Route density optimized
- Take customer calls and accommodate reschedules, specific requests
- Reschedule jobs same day for absent employees, holidays, staff changes
- Communicate with customers and techs about changes
- Update computer with customer preferences, fee changes, day changes, etc.
Soft Sales
- Make "Soft Sales" over the phone and computer with high level customer service and tact
- Have 100% discretion to allow re-cleans, discounts, refunds
- Attend regular meetings as required with the office to discuss individual and company goals and inter-departmental -coordination efforts.
Customer/Employee Service:
- Cultivate profound relationships, understanding each client's needs and aspirations.
- Translate your sales expertise into solutions that resonate with our clients' visions.
- Articulate the value of our offerings with conviction, ensuring customers see the benefits tailored for them.
- Be the guardian of accuracy in every customer document, ensuring their unique requirements are met.
- Coordinate with our team to craft seamless customer journeys that spell delight.
- Be the empathetic touchpoint, addressing concerns with utmost professionalism and warmth.
- Uphold our company's mission with pride, ensuring every customer interaction aligns with our core values.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
